Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bessemer, an IHG Hotel

Staff is super nice. Was having trouble getting in the pool with my 4 year old who was excited to go swimming on vacation. Front desk lady went out her way to get a hold of the maintenance guys to let us in. Rooms clean and breakfast was great, with the fresh pancake maker. Warmest in door pool I've ever been in!

John and his crew did a fabulous job of meeting all of our needs. Meeting room use to cater for 40 senior adults was great! Check in and out was great - quick and with personable staff. The hotel was super clean and well run. Thanks for a great stay!

My stay last night was wonderful. The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. The ladies working the front desk were very friendly. Also the lady overseeing our breakfast was amazing and so helpful. Location was perfect , only a slight detour from the interstate. 100% recommend a stay with them. Thanks for the fantastic stay!

Really good location. Loved all the outdoor seating areas. The firepit with the TV was our favorite. Staff wasn't rude, but don't go out of their way to greet or speak to you. It was really loud though! Seemed like I could hear a door open and shut at the other end of the hall, and a lot of noise from the room over us. The carpet in the room wasn't very clean, my feet were so nasty! I wore shoes in the room the rest of the stay. Overall though would probably stay again, mainly because of the location. Would definitely stay on the 4th floor next time!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently. Front desk personnel were very friendly and nice. Great location with plenty of restaurants and just about anything you might need on a road trip. I will definitely book this location again. The rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely money well spent!

Spent 1 night December 22 to break up Drive from Nashville to Biloxi with short visits to friends and family along the way. There are a half dozen new motels in the complex. HI Express chosen due to good past experience. Check in was a breeze, room was perfect. Fridge, microwave, wifi, all present and working well. There were numerous electrical outlets including USB A and C outlets near every table. Breakfast had the most choices I've ever seen, including omelets, biscuits and gravy. One revue note a musty smell. What I smelled was new. We might have been the first guests in the room. Reviewed here because HI website does not support my browser. I'll likely get 3 more emails asking for a review. Get with it HI, spend some of that marketing money on tech support.

NEW! HIE & Candlewood all rolled into 1. It's a very nice property. Indoor pool. 2 gas grills, gas fire pit, & Large outdoor TV under roof. Clean comfortable rooms at a fair price. Gated secure parking.

We had a three night stay and everyone was so hospitable! I have a three year old that is full of energy and every single person took time with her and made her stay so exiting. On the drive home she has been talking about Balloon Mary and LaShay. So many were kind to us. Also very important everything was very clean, the breakfast was tasty with a lot of options. We would recommend to anyone!!
